Serendipity perhaps? I had found this place years ago and had always meant to get back to it.
Time passed and for some reason it entered my mind again...but, I couldn't remember where it was.
A few weeks later, while travelling home from a business trip, my memory flashed as I entered a tiny town in very rural Kansas.
"It's north of here" I said to myself, and, after travelling north a few more miles.
There it was...
I get giddy with excitement every time I find places like this. Great find!
